Our sparring class is a mutual training method designed to develop athletes' techniques and tactics. The primary goal of this class is to allow both parties to enhance each other's technical and strategic skills without causing harm, using light punches and kicks. Sparring is an ideal method to experience real match scenarios in a controlled environment and to improve individual performance. This technique-focused class aims to develop both physical endurance and mental skills.
