Typically a cardiovascular exercise type based on kickboxing movements. These exercises combine kickboxing techniques (kick, punch, knee) in a high-paced manner, allowing the body to gain strength and accelerate fat burning. Unlike traditional kickboxing matches, HIIT the Bag is performed solely with a cardio focus, without an opponent or combat. This exercise is quite effective in both gaining coordination and flexibility, and in relieving stress.
